No spoiler but at the end we were left with our jaws hanging. I would recommend the audio tour as it does offer even more insight and is reasonably priced, as are the entry tickets and souvenir brochure. We spent nearly 4 hours going round this amazing site, as Harry Potter fans my 14 year old daughter and I spent most of that 4 hours saying 'wow'! It is very well organised from the second you arrive (or even before as its well signposted) with staff everywhere to answer questions and assist - and I might add all friendly, happy staff how aren't embarrassed to offer good customer service!! There is so much to see and photograph (including the philosophers stone, tri-wizard cup etc) with some wonderful photo opportunities to really be part of the film (Privet drive, the night bus, the flying car etc). Just one word of caution - those with children, bring a very large wallet! The gifts in the shop are very welcoming to young visitors, but the prices are very steep! I hope you are in credit at Gringots!! We started and finished the day in the cafe, which we found to be very good and not too pricey. We took about 3 and a half hours to see everything and enjoyed every moment. The digital guide is excellent and really added to the experience - thoroughly recommended. It is self paced, so you have plenty of time to get that photo you want or explore the in and outs of Hogwarts. From the Great Hall to numerous glimpses behind the scenes, it really is fascinating. We arrived very early for our tour owing to a change of travel plans, but they managed to get us on an earlier tour. From the car park attendants to the kiosk staff and beyond, everyone was friendly and helpful. We have both enjoyed the books and films, so looked forward to the tour.
